From Northern Lee County:
Head south on I-75. Get off I-75 at exit 131, Daniels Parkway. Go west for approximately 3 miles, and you will come to Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Make a left onto Six Mile Cypress heading south. Stay on this road for approximately 3 miles. At the intersection of U.S. 41 and Six Mile Cypress, make a left onto U.S. 41, heading south. Go about 1.5 miles, and make a left onto Youngquist Rd. South Trail Tire is the seventh driveway on the left.

From Southern Lee County:
Head north on I-75. Get off I-75 at exit 128, Alico Rd. Head west for approximately 3.5 miles. Take a right onto US Route 41 heading north for approximately 1.5 miles. Then take a right hand turn onto Youngquist Rd. South Trail Tire is the seventh driveway on the left.
