I would like to say that I have referred several friends to John and his very capable staff over the past years. No one has ever doubted their ability or had any issues with any repairs. I know that John is HONEST and very proud of his business. If someone has issues with his service they should give him the opportunity to address them in person, not behind an email that could damage his businss. Is this person even sure he has the correct place there is another south trail tire a mile down the road?I travel 1000's of miles a year in my job. I have over 165,000 miles on my 2004 highlander. Thanks to John and his team, I plan on driving it another 165,000.

South Trail doesn’t enjoy “location, location, location” that most companies enjoy. This just means we have to try even harder.
